CASTING CALL – BOYS AGED 8 – 14
ALL MY SONS
BY ARTHUR MILLER
New Theatre is searching for an enthusiastic young actor to play the small but important role of ‘Bert’, a young boy and a neighbour of the Keller family who are the focus of the story (see: https://newtheatre.org.au/all-my-sons/)
The actor cast will have a flexible rehearsal schedule. Rehearsals are held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings as well as Sundays during the day at New Theatre, 542 King St Newtown.
The actor cast as ‘Bert’ will not be required at every rehearsal, however must be available on Sunday 23 April 10am-5pm (technical rehearsal) and Monday 24 April 6pm-10pm (dress rehearsal).
Performance dates are 25 April – 27 May. The first week’s performances are Tuesday – Sunday, then Thursday – Sunday for the rest of the season. The actor playing ‘Bert’ will be able to leave the theatre before the play has concluded if parents are concerned about late nights.
