DOES NEW THEATRE ACCEPT CASH FOR DOOR SALES?
No. New Theatre is EFTPOS-only at Front of House. This applies to both ticket and bar sales.

ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL TICKETING CHARGES?
Yes. New Theatre charges $1.00 for each ticket sold and $1.00 per transaction to cover administrative costs.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY TICKETS OR GET A REFUND?
This will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Please contact the Theatre Manager during business hours: 9519 3403/mail@newtheatre.org.au Monday – Friday 10am – 3pm. Contact must be made before the start of your performance for a refund or exchange to be considered. 

DO I HAVE TO BE FULLY VACCINATED TO ATTEND THE THEATRE.
No. Vaccination is no longer mandatory

WILL I HAVE AN ALLOCATED SEAT?
Our auditorium is General Admission with unallocated seating; you are able to select your own seat once the doors open.

WHEN CAN I COLLECT MY TICKETS?
The Box Office opens approximately 30 minutes before the advertised starting time of each performance and the auditorium opens approximately 10 mins before curtain up.

WHAT CONCESSIONS DO YOU OFFER?
New Theatre recognises Pensioners, Seniors, unwaged, Health Care Card holders, full-time students and MEAA Equity members for concession price tickets.  Valid id must be shown when collecting any concession tickets.

DO YOU ACCEPT COMPANION CARDS?
New Theatre recognises the Companion Card. The card must be shown when collecting tickets. To book a Companion Card ticket, please contact the Theatre Manager on 9519 3403.

DOES NEW THEATRE HAVE WHEELCHAIR ACCESS?
New Theatre has two designated wheelchair spots. Access to the auditorium is via chair lift. To book a wheelchair-accessible ticket, please contact the Theatre Manager on 9519 3403.
